Brand rollout across the company.
The brand leaves the folder and comes to life.
A brand rollout means introducing the new brand everywhere the company meets customers, partners and its own team: on the building, on the van, in the offer and in the email signature. We plan the order of replacement, prepare files and templates, train the team and keep an eye on contractors, so the rules from the brandbook work day to day.
01Approach
How we run a smooth brand rollout
The rollout is when the brand leaves the design files and reaches people: the building, the cars, offers, presentations and your team's hands. We agree the replacement schedule with you and support your team and contractors at every stage.
-
A list of touchpoints
We start with a list of the places where the company shows its brand, its touchpoints, from the sign and vehicle wraps to the email signature, the offer template and social media profiles. There are usually more of them than anyone expects.
-
Plan and order
We agree what changes straight away and what waits for the next reprint, who is responsible for what and how much it costs. First the things customers see most often, then the materials that are running out anyway.
-
Announcing the change
We help announce the new brand to customers, partners and the team, for example with launch videos and posts.
-
Templates and files
Your team gets templates in the software it already uses and an organised package of files. It can make new materials on its own, and they still look like the brand.
-
Team training
We show how to use the files and templates, what to watch out for when editing and where to find the rules in the brandbook.
-
Contractors and printing
The printer, the signage contractor and the vehicle wrap company get production files and short guides. We check the proofs and what gets delivered.
02What we roll out
Where should the new brand appear?
From the building and the cars to the templates your team uses every day for offers, presentations and posts.

03Step by step
From the street to Instagram
Intima Clinic was running one building and constructing a second. We introduced the new brand the way the clinic's owner thinks: first the building, then everyday materials, advertising, events and training, the website and social media.
The first location was hard to find, so we started with the street and a sign that can be seen from a distance. Over 60 members of the team got personalised business cards. The letterhead and consent forms also went into Word, and reception staff put posts together themselves from ready-made elements.
04From our rollouts
A brand the team can use on its own
You can tell a rollout went well when the team manages on its own: it knows where the files are, can put together a post or a presentation and doesn't have to guess which colour is right.
- irtech 14 folders and one training session. The irtech team knows how to organise files, edit templates and retouch photos. Everything sits in a numbered package, from the logo to the notebook.
-
Design Optyk
Posts the team puts together itself. The key visual gave rise to templates in Figma. The Design Optyk team uses them to put together posts, from product posts to invitations.
05What you get
Your brand in good hands
You get a plan, files and templates, and your team knows how to use them. When a reprint is due, a new person joins the team or a new agency comes on board, everything is to hand.
-
Rollout plan
A list of touchpoints and a plan for replacing them: what changes straight away, what waits for a reprint, who is responsible for what and how much it costs.
-
Files and templates
An organised package of files, including the logo, colours, fonts, photos and material layouts, plus templates for documents, presentations and posts.
-
Training and guides
Training for your team and short guides for contractors, for example for signage or vehicle wraps.
-
Support after launch
New materials, template updates and help whenever someone at the company or at a supplier has a question about the brand.
