Event and anniversary identity.
Your brand in its Sunday best.
For an anniversary, a conference, a gala or a training series, we design a mark or motif and everything your guests will see, from the invitation and name badge to the stage, the screens and a keepsake gift. The motif grows out of your brand's visual key, and the schedule shows what goes into production and when.
01Approach
How we make an event guests remember
An event lasts one evening or three days, and guests remember it for years. We run the preparations so that at every stage your team knows what we're doing, why and when.
-
A theme drawn from the brand
The event's mark or theme grows out of the company's key visual, meaning its colours, typeface and shapes. From the first glance, guests know whose celebration it is.
-
One idea for everything
We look for an idea that ties all the materials together. Porta makes doors, so at its anniversary every piece was a door, an arch, a key or a keyhole.
-
The guest's path
We map out, in order, what guests will see along the way, from the invitation, registration and badge to the stage, the dinner and the farewell gift. Each of these points gets its own design.
-
A schedule counted back from the day
We count back from the day of the event to set when invitations go out, when files go to the printer and when they go to the stage and screen crew. You see the schedule from the start, so you always know what stage we're at.
-
Files for suppliers
The printer, the hotel and the technical crew get files in their own formats and sizes. We check the proofs and stay on the phone, on the day of the event too.
-
Ready for future editions
If the event comes back, we design it so the next edition can be marked with a number or a new colour, without redesigning everything.
02Occasions
What's the occasion?

03Step by step
Three days of celebrations in Arad
Porta celebrated twenty years in Romania over three days in Arad: arrival at the hotel, registration at the factory, a conference and a gala. Porta makes doors, and the conference was called “The Art of Opening”, so every piece told a story about opening.
The invitation went out in five languages, while the hotel, the stage and the drinks menu spoke English and Romanian. The film shows the designs and mock-ups in the order guests saw them.
04From our events
Any occasion will do
A big anniversary, the next edition of a workshop or a fundraiser that comes back every year. Every occasion gets a setting that tells guests who the host is.
-
BEST Group
Thirty, drawn with the logo's line. For BEST's anniversary, the number 30 is written with a line that borrows its rounded corner from the logo, in the new green and gold, from city light posters to social media posts.
-
irtech
A new edition, the same mark. irtech's Radiochemistry Workshops have their own mark, and each new edition is marked with a small number next to the name, with no need to redesign anything.
- Dawtona Group A quiz that comes back every finale. Moc Pomidora is Dawtona's quiz for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), Poland's biggest annual fundraiser: 10 questions from a pool of 60, and a tomato for every right answer. We've run it for four finales.
05What you get
Every last detail in place
You get a mark or motif, designs for every material and files for the printer, the hotel and the stage crew. The schedule shows what goes into production and when, and on the day of the event we're on call.
-
Event mark or theme
An anniversary mark, frame or theme derived from your brand, in versions for print, screens and social media.
-
Schedule
A plan counted back from the day of the event: what we design and when, when files go into production and who gets what. You see it from the start.
-
Material designs
Everything guests will see, including invitations, badges, agendas, stage screens, signage, menus, gifts and an album.
-
Files for suppliers
Print and screen files in the formats the printer, the hotel and the technical crew need, checked before production.
-
Support on the day
We're on the phone when something needs a last-minute fix, for example when the screen resolution changes on the day of the gala.
