WellB
From the brand name to the oil cartons
WellB makes cushions in Poland for relaxation, meditation, yoga and nursing babies. We came up with its name, logo and everything the customer touches: from the labels sewn into the cushions to the boxes for its essential oils.

One brand, more than a dozen projects
We've worked with WellB since the brand launched. First we did the name, logo and everything the cushions needed. Then the brand came back to us with essential oils.
- 14 projects for one brand
- 5 oil cartons, each on a different paper
- 4 jacquard labels for the cushions
- 3 engraving lengths for bolsters
-
Brief
Build the image of a new brand from scratch: from a name that fits the company's mission and values to product labels and oil packaging. It had to feel light, caring, professional and high quality.
-
Idea
People are at the centre, and what matters most is their wellbeing, rest, relaxation and comfort. The image should be friendly and caring, while showing the high quality of the products.
-
Result
A friendly identity that speaks clearly about support, caring for mental and physical health, and quality.
Name
well b(e)
The name joins two words, “well” and “be”, and says straight away what the brand is about: the wellbeing of the people who use its cushions. Expanding it gave us three slogans, and for each one we drew a pictogram that went onto the labels.
well be relaxede happye still
Cushions filled with buckwheat hulls support relaxation, and the cards teach good positions.
A relaxed body and mind mean feeling better, even while simply sitting, reading and sleeping.
A moment away from the daily rush, to meet yourself.
Logo
A smile and a heart in one word
The logotype is simple, because it has to feel at home on a label the size of a postage stamp and on an engraving. It has two details: a built-in smile and the letter B, which is also a heart. The B works on its own as a separate mark too, for example on an oil cap. The identity is built on pastel pink, pastel green and earth colours, which show most strongly on the packaging. The typeface is the sans serif Acumin.

Labels
A label you want to turn over
For the cushions we designed four jacquard labels in two brand colours. Each label is folded in half: the logo with the smile on the front, a slogan or pictograms on the back.
Engraving for large bolsters
We carried the same calm tone over to the engraving. We prepared it in three lengths, 17, 20 and 24 cm, to fit different bolsters.
Cards
Instructions that let you breathe
The cushions come with cards showing positions for relaxation and recovery practice. We drew the illustrations and laid out the content: time, a description of the position, benefits and tips on what else to use for support.
Essential oils
Five oils, five papers
WellB came back to us with a series of five 5 ml essential oils. We designed sleeve cartons, bottle labels and small cap stickers. Each oil has its own through-dyed paper with a natural texture, its own pictogram and a short slogan. The paper colours match the oil names and echo earth colours.

White print on clear film
Only the essentials stayed on the bottles: the name, the slogan, “100% pure essential oil” and three quality marks. Everything else moved to the carton, so the small label looks light.
- 5 mlbottle, 21.5 × 53 mm
- 42 × 71 × 29 mmsleeve that slides over the box
- 67 × 25 mmbottle label
- 14 mmcap sticker
How the series came together
-
A trial concept
First we showed the design for three oils. Only once the direction was approved did we finish the rest of the series.
-
Fixes at 1:1 scale
We scaled the design to a real bottle, enlarged “100% pure essential oil” and calmed down the Harmony pictogram so it had fewer waves.
-
Through-dyed papers
The colour came from the paper itself, and there was a single white print. On the light papers, China White and Pastel Pink, we swapped the white for a colour so the lettering would show.
-
Lighter labels
The bottle labels moved to clear film with white print. The cap got just the B mark from the logo.
-
Print
We moved the designs onto the printer's die line, checked the INCI ingredient lists and prepared the print files. We also ordered the printing of the cartons and stickers.
One studio, from name to print
WellB is a small brand, but we took the same care over every part of it: from the name, through the label, to a sticker 14 mm across. That's why the cushions, cards and oils look like one family.
