The European Accessibility Act applies to private companies in sectors such as: e-commerce, online banking, transport, telecommunications, and digital services.
Industrial companies?
If you run a B2B platform, an online spare parts store, or a booking system – this applies to you too. You must act.
UOKiK has broad enforcement powers:
-> fines of up to 5% of annual turnover (with a maximum of €2 million),
-> repeated penalties until the issue is fixed
-> additional fines simply for refusing to cooperate during an inspection.
These are not empty threats on paper. The regulations are already in force.
As of June 28, 2025 simply having a website is no longer enough. Your site must be WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. And no, this isn’t just another bureaucratic hurdle – it is a legal obligation for most companies.
Contact usWe’ve been working with industrial companies for years. And we keep seeing the same pattern:
Beautiful logo. Terrible website.
Lack of real visual content
This is the biggest pain point in industrial websites.
No photos from the production floor. No proper product shots. Only low-quality manufacturer catalogs.
So what happens?
Someone suggests stock photos. And then the production manager says:
“These aren’t our gears. They belong to our competitor.”
And they’re right.
The website exists, but it doesn’t sell
Most industrial B2B websites work like business cards: “We exist. This is our product. Call us.”
No information architecture.
No sales funnel.
No understanding of the B2B decision-making process.
But a B2B customer needs:
Without this, your website isn’t a sales tool. It’s just a digital placeholder.
From June 28, 2025, any website that is not compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA is exposed to UOKiK inspections and fines of up to 5% of annual revenue.
Micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 employees and turnover below €2 million) may be exempt – but they must be able to prove it.
Larger companies? There is no way around it.
Compliance is not optional anymore.
A WCAG-compliant website is a website Google understands and ranks better.
-> Alternative text for images.
-> Proper heading structure.
-> Fast loading times.
-> Mobile accessibility.
All of this directly impacts SEO.
Accessible website = visible website.
And visible websites win.
Over 8 million people in Poland live with some form of disability. And it’s not only people who are blind.
It includes:
-> older users
-> people with visual impairments
-> users with limited motor abilities
-> people with cognitive difficulties
If your website doesn’t work for them, you are silently losing contracts.
Not because your offer is weak.
But because your website is inaccessible.
A strong industrial website doesn’t exist in isolation.
It becomes the core of your entire communication.
We design:
-> a website that actually sells,
-> sales materials aligned with your brand identity,
-> professional LinkedIn company profiles,
-> a visual identity system that won’t embarrass you in front of clients from Germany or Scandinavia.
Because in B2B, your image is part of your credibility.
When your website works properly, your sales team no longer has to start from zero every time.
The client comes with a specific question, not with
“So… what do you actually do?”
Instead of educating, they can start selling.
Not having materials is not a dead end.
We organize professional photo shoots in your production hall, warehouse, and during assembly. We create 3D renders of machines, products, and technological processes. Animations that show how your equipment works. Videos presenting your projects, processes, and your team.
The result?
Content you can use: on your website, in sales presentations, at trade fairs, on social media.
One investment. Multiple channels. Professional image everywhere.
We design the flow of information so that a business client finds exactly what they need.
No labyrinths. No hidden content. No guessing.
Clear structure. Clear logic. Clear decisions.
Every website we build is coded from the ground up with accessibility in mind:
-> correct semantic structure,
-> alternative text for all images,
-> proper color contrast,
-> full keyboard navigation,
-> clear and readable forms,
-> full responsiveness.
Accessibility is not an add-on. It is the foundation.
A website is not “build it and forget it”.
We provide:
-> hosting and technical maintenance,
-> regular system updates,
-> performance monitoring,
-> support with content updates,
-> accessibility audits after every major change.
