Process

Objective

Our main goal was to create a brand image that highlights the innovation of the services provided by the Client, while also being friendly and accessible to the audience. We also aimed to best present the broad capabilities of Vee's technology—in a professional, substantive manner that encourages the establishment of business relationships.

Solution

The solutions we proposed were designed to best reflect the company's values, build a consistent corporate image, and distinguish it from the competition. The key words we referred to throughout the creative process, which characterize Vee's services, are: professional, substantive, efficient, and friendly.

Result

The brand's personality was transformed into a cohesive and aesthetic visual system that engages the audience and makes the company recognizable and noticeable across various channels. We created packages of corporate materials (both printed and digital), promotional gadgets, as well as functional websites and web applications that support Vee's daily operations and provide tangible business value.

Big idea

Vee combines groundbreaking, proprietary artificial intelligence technology with the experience of millions of conducted conversations. The company's focus is on the human being, to whom the host adapts the style of conversation: from tone of voice to reactions to typically human behaviors and emotions. The brand image we developed was intended to emphasize the professionalism and accessibility of the offered solutions. The resulting materials were designed to clearly explain processes and highlight the competitiveness of Vee's technology.

Semantics

We did not want to completely disconnect from visual elements already familiar to the company's clients; therefore, we deliberately referenced the previous logo by retaining the hexagon shape, while giving it a more modern and symbolic character—we added radial lines running from the center of the figure, dividing the main shape, signifying the diversity of offered services and a brand built on solid foundations. We decided that the logo would appear in two versions: the base (emblem and logotype) and a shortened version (emblem only), which facilitates placing the mark in various materials and diversifies the identification system. Vee divides its services into three areas and sub-brands: Center, Care, and Assistant. Their emblems were built based on the shape and proportions of Vee's main hexagon, but we distinguished them with their own color, claim, and individual dividing lines.

Website

The culmination of the rebranding process was the creation of the company's official website. We wanted users visiting the site to immediately "feel" who Vee is and quickly perceive the professionalism and advantages of the offered solutions. Therefore, we placed great emphasis on properly highlighting the most important content in all sections of the site (appropriate font sizes, contrasting backgrounds, simplicity of graphic layouts, color distinctions).

Typography

An important element in creating the visual key was also typography. The Vee brand uses a combination of two sans-serif typefaces: Gilroy and Inter. The expressive, geometrically constructed Gilroy was used for headings—perfectly fitting the character of a company in the new technology sector. Inter is a font designed for maximum readability, hence its use in body text and smaller headings.

Iconography

Icons are an integral part of the visual system. They are drawn with fine lines and complemented by flat shapes filled with gradients. The icons are designed to maintain a slightly abstract and unconventional appearance, adding character and subtle uniqueness to the overall design.
